  • Can I rent on Saturday and return on a Sunday?

     No, we usually rent as a package from Fri-Mon. Feel free to contact us for early return of vehicles.

     However if there's last min leftover vehicle we will rent on a case-to-case basis.

 

  • Can I rent for a single day for weekday?

     Yes you make rent for a weekday if the vehicle is available.

 

  • What are the documents needed if I want to rent a car?

     You will need your identity card (IC), driving license and of course money.

 

  • How do i secure my bookings?

     A deposit of $50 or 50% (whichever is higher) of rental amount is needed in order to secure your bookings. 

 

  • Why must I put a deposit to secure my booking?

     To avoid having last minute backout-ers which deprive others for having the chance to rent the car.

 

  • Why must put deposit upon collection of vehicle?

     It is to secure us (company) ... a bumper itself cost more than $500. We trust you with our car so why don't you        trust us with your deposit? (Non-PPlate $200 Deposit/ PPlate $500 Deposit)

 

  • I don't have enough money for your deposit! But i have enough for the rental amount.

     Sorry you can't rent as if there's any accident. You can't bear for the repair works.

 

  • My P-Plate will end next month...can I be excused from the P-Plate rate ($20/day)?

     No. We follow strictly from the date in your driving license.

 

  • I am 18 years old can I rent?

     Yes as long as you have a valid driving license.

 

  • Do you rent for uber-ing?

     Yes. Please contact us directly.

 

  • What is your cheapest package a week for car rental?

     Please refer to our listing for price list.

 

  • Do you have insurance for the cars?

     Yes, we are a proper registered home-based car rental company with proper insurance coverage.

 

  • You have car NOW?

     Yes/No, let me know which car model you need exactly so that we can check for you.

 

  • Can Malaysia license rent?

     No, only Singapore valid driving license will be allowed to rent.

 

  • Why is the additional charges for JB (Johore Bahru) and KL (Kuala Lumpur) different?

     The mileage and distance are taken into account for, thus the difference.
